  • Snowflake Python APIs — Developer Guide, API Reference, Tutorials

    Author + tooling, lead writer through PrPr → PuPr → GA

    End-to-end docs for Snowflake’s native Python APIs package. Reference is code-generated and regenerated on every API version release via a Python + Sphinx pipeline I built.

  • Snowflake Native App Framework — Developer Tutorial

    Author (public preview launch)

    End-to-end developer tutorial — walkthrough, code samples, and conceptual overview — shipped with the Native App Framework public preview.

  • Snowflake Developer landing page rearchitect

    Cross-functional lead (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal)

    Rearchitected the Developer landing page from feature-listed to task-based, user-story-driven information architecture.

    Cross-link layer with SQL refs increased API reference page views ~30% MoM.

  • Automated code-sample test framework

    Architect (in partnership with product engineers)

    In-house framework that executes every in-doc code sample against the current build before it ships, keeping reference content continuously verified against the live API.

  • Behavior Change Release (BCR) announcements

    Manager / lifecycle owner

    End-to-end deployment of breaking-change announcements across the Developer and AI/ML surface, coordinated with Product, Engineering, and stakeholder teams.

    Curriculum designer + co-instructor

    Designed hands-on code lab curriculum and co-taught QLDB workshops alongside Solutions Architects.

  • Amazon Managed Blockchain & Amazon FinSpace — public docs

    Manager, Technical Documentation (2021–2023)

    Owned the public technical content for both services. Recruited, onboarded, coached, and edited the writers producing it.
